We are very aware of the constraints placed by the Resource Management Act and our management can work to prepare specific plans to cover protection or discharges associated with our works.
We have in place a Resource Consent that covers our general operations including discharge to air on sites anywhere within the Greater Wellington Regional Council area. We are self-regulating in this respect in this region.
