We are the continuation of a family company which has been in business for over 40 years.
We have carried out projects large and small, and as varied as the blasting and repainting of the Mohaka rail viaduct between Napier and Wairoa, to specialist works such as the historic gates and fences around the Wellington wharf areas, to fire protective intumescent coating steelwork in many buildings, to thermal sprayed zinc arc protection to steel.
Our base is our large (4,000 m2) factory building in the Porirua Industrial area of Broken Hill.
In March 2012 we opened a new workshop in Gracefield to improve access for our many Hutt Valley clients.
We have in place a Resource Consent that covers our general operations including discharge to air on sites anywhere within the Greater Wellington Regional Council area. We are self regulating in this respect in this region.
We work closely with the Technical Advisors from the major paint and industrial coating supply companies and are accredited for the protective coatings we apply.
We blast and protect new and existing steelwork, concrete, brickwork, bridges, trailers, concrete, swimming pools, cast iron, glass, boats, in fact almost everything.
Our management can advise and assist in preparing practical specifications for new or maintenance works within our field, and we can price and carry out the works in our factory or on site.
